Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy

Personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once an order is placed. We will, however, do everything we can to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your product. We are a small company and strive for customer satisfaction. Bulk orders cannot be returned.

Defective Order (or Replacement) Policy

If there is a defect in your product such as a mis-spelled word on our end, we will gladly replace the piece free of charge. Please use the CONTACT US form, or email us at hello@personalizedcause.com with your order number. We will give you instructions for returning the piece to us.

Non-personalized stock items, except for bulk order items, may be returned to us in reusable or "like new" condition for 30 days from your order date.

Time Limit to Return - Adjustments or Replacements

All requests for adjustments or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of order for us to replace your product.

Our ultimate goal is for you to love what you have purchased.
