National Distracted Driving Awareness Month
April 1, 2021 – April 30, 2021 CDT
National Distracted Driving Awareness Month is observed in April. Distracted driving is any activity that has the potential to divert a person’s attention away from the primary task of driving. All distractions endanger driver, passenger, and bystander safety.
National Distracted Driving Awareness Month calls attention to the best way to end distracted driving, which is to educate all Americans about the danger it poses. If you do not already think distracted driving is a safety problem, please take a moment to learn more. And, please share this information with others. Together, we can help save lives. Remember the slogan, It Can Wait!
