National Family Caregivers Month is observed in November and sponsored by the Caregiver Action Network. National Family Caregivers Month is a time to celebrate the contribution of volunteer friends and family members who support a loved one with their health or are managing a disability. More than 44 million Americans care for a family member, friend, or neighbor.
