Return and Refund Policy: Cancellations
At Personalized Cause, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
Return Window
You may return most products purchased from Personalized Cause within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
How to Initiate a Return

with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and any necessary authorization details.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless a product was delivered damaged or incorrect. When preparing your return shipment:
Use a trackable shipping method to protect your return.
Retain your tracking number as proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Restocking Fee
Personalized Cause does not charge any additional restocking fees to process your return.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and in original, resalable condition.
All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
Items that show signs of use, damage, missing items, or altered packaging may be subject to additional restocking deductions or may be returned to you without a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically within 14 business days after inspection). Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exceptions
At this time, no products are considered final sale; all items are eligible for return under this policy if they meet the conditions above. If any product has unique return terms (for example, based on manufacturer requirements), those will be explicitly noted on the individual product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please inspect your delivery immediately and contact us at hello@personalizedcause.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging along with your order information, and we will assist with the appropriate next steps at no additional cost.
