Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All Personalized Cause orders are shipped using USPS. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout but generally range from 4–7 business days once the order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Delays & USPS Issues

Once your order is in USPS’s possession, Personalized Cause is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Or Damaged Packages
